General considerations of the prices of our website Publipromos

    This rate comes into force on January 31, 2022.
    All orders must be placed in writing by Fax, E-mail or Web. Otherwise we will not be responsible for any incidents that may arise.
    The products that appear in our catalogue may be subject to slight modifications with respect to the graphic reproduction. We recommend you to ask for samples in case of doubt.
    PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The new prices will be published on our website.
    Our prices do not include VAT and are those in force except for typographical errors.

General conditions of our printing service

    We are able to deliver all our printed items within a minimum lead time.
    Printed orders will always be delivered with a margin of ± 5 % of the quantity ordered, which can always be adjusted by contacting tienda@ecopubli.es.
    In case of cancellation of print orders with photo montage by us, a charge of 30 € will be made for design and layout costs.
    A design fee of € 30 will be charged for the second and subsequent design modifications requested.

General conditions for the preparation of our deliveries

    Orders without printing: 24/48 Hours except those involving handling.
    In deliveries of goods in which the amount served does not correspond to the amount requested, provided that the difference does not exceed 25 €, PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL will make the corresponding economic credit and in no case will replace the goods.

General conditions in the transport of goods

    Carriage paid for Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal from 150 € taxable amount (without printing).
    Deliveries will be made by our transport agencies in Iberia (24/ 48 hours service). These conditions apply to orders with only one delivery address.
    If the order is less than 150 €, it will be charged at 10 €/bulk.
    For SAMPLES orders, if sent in an agency envelope, this will be charged at 10 €.

    Balearic Islands (48h)

Postage paid from 200 € taxable base (without printing).
If the order is less than 200 €, 15 €/bulk will be charged.
For SAMPLES orders, if sent in an agency envelope, this will be charged at 15 €.

    Canary Islands by sea (6 days approx.):

Carriage paid from 300 € taxable base (without printing).
If the order is less than 300 €, 15 €/bulk will be charged.
For SAMPLES orders, if they are sent in an agency envelope, this will be charged at 15 €.

    Ceuta and Melilla (48h):

Carriage paid from 1.000 € taxable base (without printing).
If the order is less than 1.000 € it will be charged at 25 €/bulk or agency envelope.

Claims for opened or lost packages will not be accepted if the incident is not stated on the delivery note of the transport agency.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT:

01 Our company is NOT a Transport Agency. Therefore, it is not up to us to solve the logistic and delivery problems of your orders, and we can only intervene with our contact of the transport company to try to fix any anomalous situation.

02 You always receive directly by e-mail the communication from the transport agency with the tracking of the order. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SPAM OR JUNK MAIL FOLDER IN CASE IT ARRIVES THERE.

ANY INCIDENT MUST BE RESOLVED BY YOU DIRECTLY WITH THE TRANSPORT COMPANY.

03 Remember that in our General Conditions it is expressly stated that delivery will be made to the address indicated by you, and it is not possible to modify it once it has left our premises.

04 The delivery of your goods should be delivered on the date indicated, but the transport companies can deliver your order within 24/48 hours from the estimated delivery date, and always on working days.

05 The delivery dates are always indicative and not binding, since the Transport Companies are EXTERNAL TO PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL and are governed by their own general conditions outside ours, and under the laws governing transport in our country.

06 You must be attentive to the delivery of the goods, not being in any case possible to establish an exact time of delivery, nor request contact numbers of the drivers who transport your goods. If you wish to contact the transport company, you should contact them directly, indicating the transport number that they provide you with by e-mail.

07 You are responsible for being at the delivery address indicated in your order on the day your package is delivered. You should also be aware of the possible telephone call, to the number you indicate at the time of placing the order, that the carrier may make to arrange delivery with you.

08 In the event that you receive the goods with any damage or deterioration, you must make:

    Photographs of the packages where the damage is clearly visible.
    Have it reflected in writing on the delivery note that the transport company must give you, and you must sign the delivery note stating in writing the anomaly in the delivery.
    Send us an e-mail to tienda@ecopubli.es with the photos and a copy of the delivery note, always within 24 hours of receiving the package. In this way we will make the relevant claim to the transport company.
    IF YOU DO NOT PROCEED IN EXACTLY THIS WAY, OUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CLAIM TO THE TRANSPORT AGENCY.

09 Our company is in no way responsible for the actions of the transport companies and their employees.

10 Any reshipment or variation in the type of shipment or destinations, will have an additional cost that will always be at the customer's expense.

General conditions for returns

    In order to make any return, it is essential to contact us beforehand by e-mail at tienda@publiexpres.com.
    No merchandise returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of shipment, or printed merchandise that has not been printed by PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL.
    The goods must be delivered in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

    Always check the goods received and make the carrier state the conditions in which it receives the same, (packaging, seals, etc., PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL will charge 20 € for each package returned outside our responsibility.
    The costs incurred by cancellation or return of orders (postage and return, etc..) Will always be charged to the customer.
    In the case of orders with personalisation requested by the customer, no returns of any kind will be accepted, unless the damaged goods are delivered on receipt of the order by the transport agency, in which case the customer must notify the transport agency in writing and provide photos of the damaged goods and their packaging within 24 hours of receipt, having informed the carrier of this circumstance. If you do not proceed in this way, PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORÁN SL will not be responsible in any way for such circumstances.

General terms of payment

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION CLIENTS:

    Orders with and without personalised printing: Payment within 30 days of acceptance of the subsequent quotation and receipt of the CR of expenditure issued by the relevant official body and in accordance with the regulations in force at any given time for public administrations.

In any case, orders will only be launched if both the designs approved by you for printing and the receipt of the RC of expenditure have been received.

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS AND COMPANIES:

    Orders with and without personalised printing:

    Payment in advance by Bank Transfer. In any case, orders will only be processed if both the designs approved by you for printing and the receipt of full payment for the order have been received.
